The FRmk10 Hunter was purpose-built to carry out the reconnaissance role and in the hands of II(AC)Sqn - based at RAF Gutersloh close to the East German border - there were plenty of targets to focus upon as daily training sorties were carried out.
Recently received from the family archives of one of the pilots involved is a collection of pictures of the type that Photographic Interpretors used to pore over and from which all manner of information would be deduced. Take a look and see what you can identify! (Credit to his son, Kevin Fahey)
