The Individual Honours of II(AC) Squadron

In addition to the Battle Honours awarded to the Squadron there has been the gift of the nation's highest military awards to individual past members in recognition of their great acts of heroism and bravery carried out whilst serving on the squadron.  Such selfless acts have been an integral part of the pysche of the Squadron since its birth and, indeed, the first award of an "Airborne Victoria Cross" was made to a member of II Squadron, Lieutenant Rhodes Moorhouse.
